I train clients who are looking for more in-person and direct coaching in Conroe, Tx. You will have your own personal coach to hold you accountable, motivate you through every exercise, to ensure proper technique, which ultimately leads to less injury and a more effective workout. You will have your own workout program that is completely customized to your needs. You can train with a partner to share costs, to share the experience or for extra motivation!
Online Personal Coach
You’re not based in Conroe or you’re too busy to get to the gym? No problem I can train you online using exercises specifically developed for remote/home training.
Your individual program will be delivered conveniently to your phone in our app (SSIFT). Your program is built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle and save you the time, hassle and maybe the cost of having to go to the gym. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want. You will get skilled, personalized guidance for your health and performance goals and streamline your road to success!

Youth Athletic Development Program
At SSAC, our job as performance coaches is to create a better athlete, which means a well-rounded athlete – injury resistant, faster, quicker, and stronger.
We are certified youth performance specialists, and we work with kids ages 7-18 to help them feel better about themselves, get healthy and reach their maximum potential.

I coach and modify the barbell lifts for clients with pain or mobility limitations. Utilizing the BRM 4-Step Framework for Training with Pain, I develop comprehensive programs that help my clients reduce pain and improve performance and quality of life
