Strong, Fit & Active (SFA) is our principal Health & Performance series for adults of all shapes and sizes, over 36, who wants more muscle/less fat and needs to focus on developing the power, strength, stamina, and mobility to better serve and elevate the one’s they care about the most, to live life to the fullest and to enjoy their favorite activities for a lifetime.

HOW IT WORKS

Delivered in semi-private training sessions, we offer the personalized attention and the results of a personal trainer without the huge expense. 

90-MINUTE GOAL SETTING & MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

This is our time to get to know each other and start building trust and confidence from day one. After discussing your training history and setting goals, we will do an assessment to learn the ins and the outs of your body, how you move, and exactly what movements are within your ability and can be included in your exercise program. So, you can begin your training with confidence knowing you are not going to get injured. Consistency is key to your success and ensuring you remain injury free is the single best way to achieve that, and ultimately, your goal.

30-MINUTE NUTRITION CONSULT

We know that no two nutrition strategies can be the same for everyone and lasting change can never occur with just exercise alone. When you meet with our in-house nutritionist you will learn the basics of sound nutrition and how to adjust based on your goals, body types and calorie requirements. Your comprehensive nutritional support plan will empower you to make balanced food choices so that you can see results while still enjoying the foods you love (yes – that includes desert!).

3-PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

These three sessions allow me to tailor your training even more to your goals and abilities. Also, they allow me to showcase my skills as your coach and build a real relationship. As I step you through your sessions, you will get a good feel and understanding for the tempo, pace and overall flow of the training sessions. I’ll answer any questions you have so you feel totally comfortable and confident from the start.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

With just 2-6 people per session, each person receives the element of personal attention and accountability from a skilled coach. I found being consistent is easier when you can come and train in a small, personal environment where you make genuine connections with people just like you, on the same journey as you.

UNMATCHED SUPPORT

With my support system, you will be able to stay motivated with your training, keep on track with your nutrition habits, and make changes to your body that you never thought possible. On those days you don’t feel like training, or when you let your eating habits slip, my support system will be there to guide you, encourage you, but most important, to help you grow more confident, self-sufficient and Become Harder to Kill.

***There is a one-time investment of $100 that covers your one time 1-on-1 nutrition consult.
