Speed Power Strength
We are certified youth performance coaches, and we work with kids ages 7-18 to help them feel better about themselves, stay healthy and reach their maximum potential. Our performance training will support their overall motor skills and allow them to stand out in competition with their peers.
Our training prioritizes the development of Max Speed to:
- improve overall athleticism
- improve the speed in the short sprints to enhance performance in baseball, basketball, field hockey, football, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, softball, tennis, and track.
The program incorporates sprint drills, sprints, jumps and lifts so that they may produce the highest output of power and athletic ability and reduce their potential risk for injury.

Long-Term Athletic Development
We know that athletic development across the lifespan is a complex process that is heavily influenced by the cognitive and physical maturity of the young athlete. Unfortunately, conditioning and fitness programming for the developing athlete have most often been designed around routines initially intended for adult and elite level athletes. Not only is such practice of limited effectiveness, but it can also put the young athlete at risk for acute and chronic injury.
With the power of the International Youth Conditioning Association in our corner, we have the tools, knowledge, and skills to train your young athlete throughout their entire career from the beginning foundations to helping them achieve peak performance.
Your SSAC Performance Coach has a firm grasp in understanding the process of motor development, also the differences in each developmental stage and is far better equipped to design a developmentally appropriate training program that changes with the athlete over time. From the age of 6 we can create long-term programs that are developmentally appropriate every step of the way, thereby optimizing the opportunity for success in your athlete.
We will deliver extraordinary service to your young athlete(s). Our goal is to provide them with injury preventative technique and mobility, ultimately resulting in a faster, quicker, injury-resistant athlete. Our focus is Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD), we will focus on your athlete’s goals and ultimately build a program that is going to get them there.
The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. IYCA certified coaching staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session. We invite you to come in for a free trial or speak to a friend who as already experienced our best in class athlete development programs. We are sure you will see the difference!
Not only will you see your young athlete sweating, smiling and getting smarter, you will be kept in the loop with very short and bulleted emails every couple of weeks. Also, we send out a monthly club newsletter with a short video training montage to let the you know what’s happening when you’re not here. We know you’re busy, so If you can’t stay for a training session, we like to get you video clips of your child’s training. These are short clips texted from a mobile device.
